Month #1:

Build a Plan

We take our students by the hand as we teach them to set goals, build a plan and put the plan into action while structuring your business model.

Month #2:

How to become a warrior in the game of flipping real estate

We explain our method of acquisition and discuss the type of attitude you need to win when talking with trustees, bidding against your competitors and working with other members. You are taught how to utilize our custom database that’s been in existence since 2016 housing over 10,000 records of properties that have foreclosed. You’ll study the players and the moves.

Month #3:

How to acquire pre-foreclosure properties and fire-sale properties

We work on several case studies to understand the several alternative strategies to acquiring real estate to win and close deals. We will further explain how students have access to funds.

Month #4:

How To Evaluate Comparable Real Estate And Access To Our Exclusive Database Of Foreclose/Tax Properties

Investors are taught on our exclusive company app that allows them to gather and share data about the properties that are viable money making options.

Month #5-6:

Detailing your scope of work and agreeing on a budget

​Students have access to our exclusive app, known as the Flip Estimator that allows them to detail the scope of work for the submission to the various trades and or in house general contractors. Students are taught to review the data, which allows them to compare apples to apples and make the best decision for every transaction based on the facts, which encompass best use and multiple strategies for the property.

Month #7:

Working with contractors including having access to our team of contractors

Work with in house contractors, inspecting what you expect. Students are introduced to our contractor contacts and given checklists to help stay on track and profitable.

Month #8:

Marketing and Closing

​Uncover various methods of preparing a home for marketing and a quick sale. Understand the benefits of For Sale By Owner (FSBO), use of a real estate agent and various online methods available.

Month #9:

Understanding the various offers that may come your way and how to respond

​Offers come in all shapes and sizes along with many strategies to maximize your profits. These methods are discussed and students work with their property from beginning to end.

Month #10:

Understanding Private Funding

We discuss the benefits of private funding and even set you up legally and structurally to use our exclusive crowdfunding app, known as Pool Funding, so that you're able to raise your own private funds too.

Month #11-12:

Understanding the importance of lien and title search

  • Why is it important to research a Lien?
  • When is the best time to research a lien?
  • How does a lien attach to a property?
  • Where do you go to find the lien(s)?
  • How to understand and clear Liens that affect title
  • Who can foreclose on a property?
  • And How to do lien searches quickly on your own without the need of a title company.
