  • Is there a minimum investment amount?

​The minimum investment is $25,000.

  • What are the requirements to be able to invest?

​According to the SEC an accredited investor is defined as a family earning $300,000 a year for the past two years or an individual earning more than $200,000 per year.

  • How long does each transaction/investment take usually?

​We can never estimate how long any project will take to produce a profit. Based on past performance we have experienced a 4 month average before funds are distributed.

  • Am I able to pool funds together with other investors?

​Yes, the passive investment program allows investors to pool funds together with the owner. This gives investors the upmost confidence that the owner of the company is acting in good faith and desires to make the best decisions under all circumstances since her funds are at risk too.

  • Is there any risk that I could lose my investment?

​Yes of course, there’s always the risk that you could lose part of your investment. Real estate is unlike the stock market, the value of land will never go to zero. Again, the owner’s funds are invested in all projects and she never sets out to lose.

  • Can I invest in several different properties at once?

Yes chances are your investment will be spread out among several properties during the course of your involvement with the company.
