We will handle everything from finding tenants to completing and managing all required paperwork. We ensure that all tenants are screened thoroughly with credit, criminal, eviction checks along with current and past rental history reports.
You then decide which tenants you want and we then go on to carry out the necessary steps to have the tenants move in.
During this process, maintenance issues are addressed if needed and a property inventory condition form is filled out and reviewed.
All parties are then given access to the MW Realty Property Management online portal that can be accessed from anywhere to review their accounts, make payments or check up on the status of the property or its tenants.
Landlords have their owner draws deposited into their account monthly and tax documents delivered on or before January 31 with all the reports they need to access the history of the property and the expenses incurred throughout the year.
